St. Mary’s Annual Meeting
Sunday, May 4

 This year’s Annual Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, May 4 following the 10:00 a.m. Eucharist.

• We will begin with a luncheon at about 11:30 a.m.  If you are planning to attend, please sign the sheet on the bulletin board outside the Fr. Greene room or call the Parish Office (610-688-1313).

• Lunch and a special program will be provided for children.  Our usual nursery babysitter Joan will remain in the nursery to care for infants and toddlers during the lunch and program so that all parish adults will be able to participate.

• Absentee ballots will be available from the Parish Office beginning Wednesday, April 30.

• The polls for voting will open Sunday morning at 7:30 a.m. and will close at 12 Noon.

The Nominating Committee has finalized the slate of candidates for consideration at the Annual Meeting. Six parishioners have agreed to stand for election for a three-year term on the Vestry.  They are Lucienne Davis, Michael Dernoga, Katie Ferrara, Kerrie Gibson, Richard Greene, and Chris Steinhardt. 
The 12 Noon Eucharist will be canceled on May 4 to allow everyone to attend the Annual Meeting.
