We welcome our Guest Priest The Rev. Paul DeWitt Reid The Rev. Paul DeWitt Reid is recently retired as Rector of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Elkins Park. He was educated at Penn State and at University of Edinburgh in Scotland and received his Master of Divinity degree with honors from Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. He was ordained a Priest at St. Peter’s Church in the Great Valley in 2009. Prior to that he had a twenty-year career in Information Technology


Confirmation, Reception, Reffirmation
Bishop Gutierrez will be visiting St. Mary’s on December 6, 2026, which makes it an excellent time for Confirmations, Receptions, and Reaffirming your Baptismal Vows. Each requires preparation, and Fr. Conor will begin that process this summer. Please contact him if you are interested in taking advantage of this formation opportunity through Word and Sacrament.


THIS Pentecost Sunday
Come Holy Spirit! THIS Sunday we celebrate the Day of Pentecost, which is when the Holy Spirit descended on the Apostles and the Church was born. You are invited to wear red as a reminder of the Holy Spirit’s "Tongues of Flame” which rested on the Apostles during that holy time.


Good Friday Location - Ecumenical Service at 11:45
Updated Time This year on Good Friday we will join the other Wayne Churches for an ecumenical observance of our Lord's passion. At 11:45 we will gather at Wayne Presbyterian Church, and process to Saint Katharine of Siena Church where the Good Friday Liturgy will begin at 12:00. All are welcome. Please join us!


Worship For EASTER DAY
April 5 - The Sunday of the Resurrection EASTER DAY 7:45 am Holy Eucharist Rite I 10:00 am Holy Eucharist Rite II with Healing Ministers available during Communion in the Lady Chapel
Ecumenical Good Friday

Stations of the Cross
Stations of the Cross will be held during Lent on Tuesdays at 5:15 PM, following Evening Prayer.


LESSONS & CAROLS
A Festival of Lessons & Carols Sunday, December 7 at 4:00pm The Promise of the Messiah is celebrated through readings, carols, and choral music in this cherished candlelight service in the Anglican tradition. Featuring the music of Praetorious, Howells, Schutz, Palestrina The choir and soloists of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church are under the direction of Dr. Gordon Turk. THANKSGIVING DAY SERVICE
Thursday November 27th at 9:00am St. Mary’s will have a Thanksgiving Eucharist on Thanksgiving Day, November 27th at 9:00am!

Envelopes with a card for your Christmas flower memorial listing are located in the pews.
