Join us for our annual meeting on Sunday February 22nd after our 10:00 service. We will start with lunch for everyone followed by the meeting. You will hear about the state of St. Mary’s and our plans for this “Time for Growth!” As always there will be elections, too.
This year we need four new Vestry members. While you may self-nominate, there are some minimal requirements. You must be a baptized, confirmed member of St. Mary’s, and in good standing supporting St. Mary’s with your time, talent, and treasure. If you feel called to serve on Vestry, please contact either Fr. Conor or Pat McKay, Rector’s Warden.
We also ask you to provide a brief profile about yourself to Nicole Marie, our Parish Administrator, by 2/8 to be included in the St. Mary’s Chimes on 2/13 and 2/20 and in the Sunday Bulletins on 2/15 and 2/22. You can still nominate yourself Vestry until 7:00 am on 2/22, the day of the Annual meeting…your profile just won’t be published in the Chimes or Bulletins if you don’t meet 2/8 date. In your profile, please share brief words about your history at St. Mary’s, why you want to serve, anything else you want to share, and a personal photo.
Voting will take place on February, the day of the annual meeting. You can vote in the Narthex prior to the 7:45 service and prior to the 10:00 service. You can also vote prior to the start of lunch that day, but not after lunch starts. If you need to do an absentee ballot, please let Nicole Marie know by 2/15. You can stop by Nicole’s office, get a ballot, and put it in the ballot box. You can also email her your vote. All absentee votes must be done by 2/23.
