The Monday morning Bible class is reading Chapter 18 of Luke's Gospel. Beginning at verse 31, we will consider how Jesus warns his disciples of his coming death and resurrection. We will continue by reading how Jesus heals a blind beggar near Jericho. Luke 19 will take up the story of Zacchaeus. Depending on how frequent our questions are, we will either conclude at that point or go on to discuss what is called "the parable of the ten pounds." The next narrative in Luke is about the triumphal entry into Jerusalem. All are welcome and everyone is encouraged to attend.
