Combined Class Sundays in Fall, 2025

On Sunday, October 26th We will continue studying excerpts from Lutheran theologian and Hitler antagonist Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s Letters And Papers From Prison. Everyone is welcome to attend, as we learn how Bonhoeffer’s message of love and compassion transcends his own century to illuminate our own.

On November 2nd, during coffee hour, we welcome another guest speaker, who will address contemporary stewardship.

On November 9th, 16th and 23rd, we study the book of Acts, reading with a view to understanding how each of these readings informs our lives today.

There will be no class on November 30th due to the Thanksgiving holiday. 

This year’s Advent Quiet Day will take place on Saturday, December 6th. Father Conor will lead a discussion of the spirituality of the Nicene Creed to commemorate the 1700th anniversary of the Council of Nicaea.

On December 14th and 21st, we will continue our discussion of the Nicene Creed.

On December 28th, Twila Garletts will lead us in singing Christmas carols during coffee hour. There is no 9am class on that morning.
