Fall Food Festival

CALLING ALL PARISHIONERS

AND FRIENDS OF ST. MARY'S

LAST CHANCE! Our days are numbered! We are still accepting food donations for the Fall Food Festival.  We especially need volunteers to sit at the booths, even for an hour, so that booth "chairs" can have a break. If you are available, please call Beth Tyson at 610-687-8634. She will tell you when and where we need you. Thank you to all who have already signed up. Your giving of your time and talent makes a difference to local charities.

FALL FOOD FESTIVAL 

LUCKY DUCKY 50/50 RAFFLE

Starting this Sunday, after the 10:00am service at Coffee Hour, Beth Tyson will be set up in the Navajo Room to help you adopt a ducky! She will also have a booth in the Fr. Greene Room throughout the festival. Every ducky has a number on the bottom, you pick your Duck(s) then Beth will take your name, 5$ for each ducky or 20$ for 5 duckies, and a phone number - so you do not need to be present at the drawing! On the day of the Festival, the Rector will blindly select a single Lucky Ducky at 1:30pm, and the adoptive parent of this Lucky Ducky will win half of the raffle pot!

   FALL FOOD FESTIVAL SET UP

Please help to set up for our Fall Food Festival on Thursday evening October 15th at 6pm.    Many hands make light work. We will set up tables, chairs, tablecloths etc. Pizza party too. If you have any questions, please contact Mary Dixon. Thanks in advance.
